A New Approach To Ticket Sales.
We now use the TicketSource platform for advance ticket sales. This provides a seating plan which allows you to choose your own seats, with secure online payments and e-tickets. For this production there will be no additional booking fee. The option of booking without paying at the same time will now only be offered to those who for some reason are unable to use TicketSource. Tickets may also be sold for cash on the door, depending on availability.
Tickets bought through TicketSource are not normally refundable though they can be passed on to other people, and amendments to dates and seat allocations can be made. During the purchase process TicketSource may offer you the option of taking out insurance in case you cannot attend. This is provided by a third-party company with which Midland Players has no connection or involvement.
